Basic Requirements For Cold Storage Installation




1. The cold storage is installed in a solid and stable place.
2. Cold storage is installed in a place with good ventilation and low humidity, and cold storage is installed in a shed away from light and rain.
3. The drainage in the cold storage is discharged through the drain pipe. Water will drain frequently, so direct the drain to a place where it can flow freely.
4. The installation of combined cold storage requires a horizontal concrete base. When the ground is tilted and uneven, the base must be repaired and leveled.
5. The partition wall panels of the combined cold storage shall be fixed with partition wall angle steel.
6. After the combined cold storage body is installed, check the fit of the joints of the boards. If necessary, the inside and outside should be filled with silica gel to seal.
7. The combined cold storage is used inside the house. When it is installed outside the house, it is necessary to install a cover to block the sun and rain.
8. Do not install U-shaped pipes on the drain pipes, which may sometimes lead to corrosion of the unit.
9. The cold storage is in a hot place, not only the cooling efficiency will decrease, but sometimes the storage board will be damaged. In addition, the ambient temperature range ensures the normal operation of the unit is within 35 degrees. Also, leave room for maintenance of the unit.
10. Pay attention to sticking the sponge tape completely on the convex edge of the storage board when assembling the board, and do not collide when installing the cold storage board. Sponge tape sticking position.
11. U-shaped pipes must be installed on the drain pipes. Installing U-shaped pipes can prevent air-conditioning leakage, insects, and mice from invading.
12. Due to the wide variety of storage boards in cold storage, you should refer to the "Assembly Diagram of the Cold Storage" when installing movable cold storage.
13. When tightening the hook, apply force slowly and evenly until the seam of the board is closed. Do not use excessive force to prevent the hook box from being pulled out.
14. Cold storage should be kept away from heating appliances.
15. After the pipeline and electrical installation are completed, all pipeline perforations on the combined cold storage board must be sealed with waterproof silicone.
16.After the cold storage is installed, sometimes condensation will appear before the concrete base is completely dry. When the humidity is abnormally high during the rainy season, dew condensation will appear on the joints of the warehouse boards, and in very small cases, condensation will also appear on the repaired warehouse boards.
